NAMCA hosts an annual conference specifically designed for internal auditors of truckload and less than truckload carriers.  

Who Should Attend?
Audit managers and directors in the motor carrier industry should attend. Others who should attend include controllers, treasurers, managers and directors of accounting, information assurace professionals, etc. that have internal control oversight responsibilities. The conference will also be helpful to those companies who anticipate starting an internal audit department.

Special Interest Topics

The meeting topics are focused on specific areas of interest to motor carrier auditors. Attendees help create the agenda by identifying problems and exploring solutions that relate to their specific needs. These sessions are led by experienced motor carrier auditors. We believe you will find useful information for you and your company no matter what your area of interest or level of experience.

Although technical training may be included in the program, we consider the personal networking as the greatest benefit. There is only one way to obtain the benefits derived from direct association with your peers and that is to attend this conference and ask questions about how others have solved their auditing problems.

Economy

We understand that all companies are concerned about their costs. That is one of the primary reasons we organized this type of conference. Our three-day conference does not cost “big bucks” as most seminars or conferences do. The officers and directors of NAMCA have worked hard to hold the costs down while still maintaining a pleasant and comfortable educational environment.
