2022 NAMCA Conference details

** Board meeting will take place right after the general meeting.

A group dinner will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. This is hosted by NAMCA and will be held at the Oyster House.

Hotel Rate:  $189 + taxes – This rate is good September 13, 2022 - September 15, 2022. 

YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR ROOM BY 8/13/22 in order to guarantee the room with the group rate.  

You can extend your stay at this rate for three days prior to and after the conference at the same time as booking your stay for the conference. This is subject to hotel availability. If you have any hotel registration issues, please call the hotel to inquire.  

When calling please use the code “NAM” or use our registration link to ensure you get our group rate.  You must use our link we will provide to book online and/or use the code if calling. if you book hotel rooms using any other method NAMCA will not get credit for the room.  

Valet parking is $30 per day. No self-parking options are available. The hotel is located downtown so much to do is within walking distance of hotel. 

CPE credit will be granted based on a 50-minute hour.  We intend to provide a minimum of 16 credit hours. 

$325 – If attendee is registered and payment is received by end of day July 31, 2022. 

$350 – After July 31, 2022. 

Conference fee is non-refundable, but is transferrable, if the need arises.
